Hey there! The next questions will help me offer you license fee. Art licensing fee ranges from 2 to 15% of gross sales and will be a flat rate fee up front or a royalty.

The fee percentage is based on many elements as the production quantities, the kind of products, your selling price and more. Once we have an agreement, you will have to show proof of sales and production on a regular basis. Try to fill this form as accurate as possible.

Let's talk about EXCLUSIVE rights vs NON EXCLUSIVE rights. EXCLUSIVE rights to use a design means that you and I (Zooloo Design) will have the right to use the actual design. When I license a design, i keep the rights to use it for my own products. If you choose NON EXCLUSIVE rights, it means that you and other brands may all use the same design. Choosing an exclusive vs non exclusive licensing will affect the price. *
